Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | Occasional Overtime

Pay: $25 – $40 per hour, based on experience and skills

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on light- and medium-duty diesel trucks.
• Service, repair, and maintain Powerstroke, Cummins, and Duramax engines.
• Work on high-pressure common rail fuel systems and high-pressure oil systems.
• Repair and service heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems on vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil changes, fluid flushes, filter replacements, etc.).
• Use diagnostic computers, scan tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
• Document repairs accurately in work orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA and shop safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive or diesel repair required.
• Diesel-specific mechanic experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities (electrical, mechanical, and computer-based).
• Familiarity with Ford Powerstroke and Dodge/Ram Cummins platforms strongly preferred; Duramax and Ag equipment background a plus.
• Ability to read and follow repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must provide your own hand tools; specialty tools provided by the shop.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
